If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns for refund or merchandise credit under the following terms and conditions:
1. ITEM CONDITION. Unless an item is being returned because it was damaged upon receipt, the item must be in new, unused, and saleable condition with tags attached. It may be “open box” but must be complete and all original packaging intact.
2. FORM OF PAYMENT. For returned items, refunds will be issued as store credit only. If the original form of payment is unavailable, store credit may be issued at our discretion. Shipping and handling fees will be deducted from the refund amount if applicable unless otherwise stated.
3. ONLINE RETURNS. For items purchased online, returns are accepted within 15 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, please contact us via email at: support@utopiahairproducts.com to obtain a return authorization. Please include your original order number and reason for the return. Returns that are shipped without authorization may not be accepted. Please allow up to 30 business days for your refund to be processed once your return is received.
4. We reserve the right to refuse any return if the item does not meet the above criteria or at the discretion of store management.
5. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain 7-10 business days.
Late or missing refunds
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Please before claiming your refund to us first check your bank account or contact your credit card company.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
